The Associate Operations is responsible for supporting the seamless execution of daily retail operations across stores under his Area Manager. The role will oversee operational tasks, stock management, store performance analysis, staff coordination, and vendor management, contributing to achieving Retail Discount objectives and maximizing stores performance.
ROLE PROFILE
- Coordinate and implement daily store operations in line with company standards and guidelines.
- Work closely with store teams to ensure operational procedures are followed, ensuring consistent service levels across locations.
- Assist in monitoring store budgets, sales goals, and inventory management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in real-time (e.g., inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, staff availability).
- Assist with stock replenishment, stock takes and ensure that inventory records are accurate for the Area under his Area Manager.
- Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure the store has adequate coverage to meet customer demand.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance metrics across all locations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in management and related field.
- 2-3 years in FMCG stores’ operations.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Strong Communications skills.
