What You’ll Be Doing
• Welcome clients into the store; identify their needs through asking questions; recommend and demonstrate appropriate beauty treatments and products; recommend link products; close the sale; provide professional till point service; follow up with regular customers; maintain personal grooming standards; deal professionally with customer complaints.
• Ensure that “Art of Perfection” Facial is offered to every client when on-counter and convert this product application to a sale.
• Support any in-store or outbound retail events, i.e. “Art Of Perfection/ Art Of Beauty” events
• Will be responsible to deliver Home beauty services to our clients. To provide a range of beauty treatments to the clients in the comfort of their own homes.
• Participate in all training modules and coaching sessions offered.
• Ensure product / hygiene guidelines and merchandise of products, as per the defined standards
• Rotate stocks to ensure that existing stock is displayed in front of new items on the shelves
• Maintain housekeeping standards, including window displays
• Check stock levels daily and recommend orders to the store manager / counter supervisor in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels
• Ensure all store and office administration, as per manager’s request, is completed accurately and on time, including customer database cards
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
About You
Education/Certification and Continued Education
Certificate or diploma in Aesthetics
Travel within the UAE to provide Home services
Years of Experience
2 to 5 years’ experience in the beauty industry, spas or salons.

1. Client Assessment and Evaluation
- Initial assessments: Conduct initial assessments of clients to understand their issues, concerns, and goals, whether they are physical, emotional, or psychological.
- Diagnosis: Depending on the specialty, therapists may diagnose conditions, disorders, or physical limitations through interviews, assessments, and medical history reviews.
- Goal setting: Work with clients to set realistic treatment goals and expectations that align with their specific needs.
2. Providing Therapeutic Treatment
- Individual therapy: Offer one-on-one sessions tailored to the client’s needs, whether physical or psychological.
- Group therapy (for mental health or physical rehabilitation): Lead or facilitate group therapy sessions where clients can share their experiences and work on healing together.
- Develop treatment plans: Create personalized treatment plans and schedules to guide the therapeutic process and track client progress.
- Therapeutic techniques: Utilize specific techniques relevant to the area of therapy (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for mental health therapists, or manual manipulation and exercises for physical therapists).
3. Client Support and Guidance
- Emotional support: Provide emotional support to help clients cope with their physical or mental health issues, offering strategies to manage stress, anxiety, or depression.
- Encouragement: Offer encouragement and motivation to clients throughout the treatment process to help them stay committed and reach their goals.
- Education: Educate clients about their condition, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery or improvement.
4. Documentation and Reporting
- Progress notes: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and outcomes.
- Treatment adjustments: Adjust treatment plans as necessary based on client progress and feedback.
- Confidentiality: Ensure that all records and information about clients are kept confidential in line with legal and ethical standards (such as HIPAA compliance in healthcare settings).
5. Collaboration and Referrals
- Collaboration with other professionals: Work closely with other healthcare providers, such as doctors, specialists, or psychologists, to ensure integrated care and treatment for the client.
- Referrals: If necessary, refer clients to other specialists for additional support (e.g., referrals to a psychiatrist, physical therapist, or nutritionist).
6. Continuing Education and Professional Development
- Stay updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest therapeutic techniques, research, and trends in the field through professional development, conferences, and additional training.
- Certifications and licenses: Maintain relevant certifications or licenses required to practice, which may involve continuing education or periodic re-certification.
