Security Guard Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our company's property, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and peaceful environment by monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding promptly to potential threats or incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol and Monitor: Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the company's premises to deter criminal activity and ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Access Control: Manage the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with established security protocols.
• Incident Response: Identify, confront, and evict trespassers or violators. Detain perpetrators following legal procedures until law enforcement or relevant authorities take control.
• Security Reporting: Document daily activities, report incidents, and provide accurate and timely information to management or security supervisors as required.
• Emergency Support: Respond promptly to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical situations, and potential security breaches.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong observational and situational awareness skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, visitors, and authorities.
• Knowledge of legal protocols for detaining perpetrators and managing access control.

Preferred Experience & Certifications:

• Previous experience as a Security Guard or similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of security procedures, safety protocols, and emergency response practices.
• Certification in security or safety-related training is a plus.
