Identify critical path activities and potential bottlenecks.
2. Resource Management:
Determine resource requirements and allocate resources appropriately.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials
and equipment.
Monitor and adjust resource allocation as necessary to meet project deadlines.
3. Progress Monitoring and Reporting:
Track project progress against the baseline schedule and provide regular updates to
management.
Prepare and present detailed progress reports including forecasts and variance analysis.
Identify and address any issues or delays that may impact project timelines.
4. Risk Management:
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential project risks.
Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement contingency plans as necessary to address unforeseen challenges.
