Provide technical assistance and support to employees regarding computer systems hardware and software.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Install configure and maintain computer systems and software.
Monitor and maintain the companys network and server systems.
Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems by implementing appropriate security measures.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems and software.
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Train employees on the proper use of software and systems.
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
Strong knowledge of computer systems hardware and software.
Experience with Windows operating systems Active Directory and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with networking server systems and security systems.
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
