You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner ensuring the CEOs daytoday activities are seamlessly managed enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO s schedule including meetings appointments travel arrangements and events.
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
Draft proofread and manage correspondence reports and presentations in Arabic and English.
Coordinate followups and track action items arising from meetings.
Organize and maintain confidential files records and documents.
Oversee expense reports reimbursements and budgeting for the CEO s office.
Liaise with stakeholders staff and external partners to support the CEO s engagements.
Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings ensuring all relevant materials are distributed in advance.
Conduct research and compile data to support decisionmaking processes.
Assist in prioritizing tasks and projects to align with organizational goals.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency.
Plan and coordinate events conferences and board meetings attended by the CEO.
Handle logistics such as venue bookings catering and technical arrangements.
Proactively address challenges ensuring the CEO s time is maximized.
