Design brochures flyers banners and other promotional materials for inhouse use.
Social Media Management
Oversee social media accounts for the hotels and outlets ensuring consistent and engaging content.
Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar to schedule regular posts across all social media platforms.
Identify and engage with relevant influencers to promote the hotel and its services.
Content Creation
Work closely with the Cluster Assistant Digital Manager and photographers to create highquality content.
Produce a variety of content types including images videos and written posts tailored to different platforms.
Monthly Reporting and Analytics
Extract and analyze social media reports to assess the performance of campaigns and posts.
Compile monthly reports detailing key metrics and insights to inform future strategies.
Competitor Analysis
Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations based on competitor activities to enhance our marketing efforts.
Email Marketing
Design and send monthly email newsletters using the inhouse email marketing tool.
Budget Planning and Management
Assist in planning the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Track monthly expenses across various platforms to ensure budget adherence and optimize spending.
Social Media Marketing Strategies
Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Help in executing marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.
Website Management
Regularly update the hotels; websites with current promotions events and relevant information.
Qualifications :
Diploma or degree in hospitality marketing or business management
Preferably has 1 or 2 years experience in the same field
Knowledge of the hospitality sector
Computer literate: desktop applications internet power point photoshop & illustrator
Fluent in English. Arabic speaker would be a plus.
