Job Description
Currently looking for an individual with a proven track record in leading technology teams within the Fintech sector especially in India as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for our Global Office located in Dubai UAE. .
Experience:
15 years in technology leadership roles with at least 5 years in the Fintech or financial services sector. Knowledge about lending and payments verticals would be an added advantage.
Reporting to: Group Chief Platform Officer C.E.O India Business
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering/related field
Fintech Expertise: Deep understanding of the Indian Fintech ecosystem including UPI payment gateways crossborder payments lending platforms and digital wallets
Technical Acumen: Handson experience with modern technologies including o Cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) o Programming languages (Python Java C etc.) o APIs and microservices architecture o Big Data AI/ML and blockchain technologies (preferred)
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with Indias regulatory landscape (RBI guidelines KYC/AML frameworks)
* Proven experience in scaling technology solutions for millions of users in a high growth environment
* Strong project management skills with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
