We Are Hiring! Join Our Team as a Product Support Engineer in Abu Dhabi!
Are you an experienced Product Support Engineer with a strong background in the Banking and Financial domains If you have 5 years of handson coding experience we want to hear from you!
Job Title: Product Support Engineer Location: Abu Dhabi Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical and functional support for Insurance Capital Market and Wealth Management systems.
- Manage production applications and systems ensuring stability and reliability.
- Analyze incidents troubleshoot and deploy fixes in coordination with stakeholders.
- Oversee testing and production implementation of releases.
- Ensure smooth project and change delivery including testing and deployment.
- Conduct IT health checks and support incident/change management processes.
- Proficient in SQL/Queries .NET and Microservices.
- Experience in production support or technical support in relevant systems.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- AWS cloud knowledge is a plus.
