We are seeking a passionate motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our growing team. As a trusted advisor you will guide clients through their real estate transactions and contribute to the continued success and growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Develop strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and guiding them through the buying selling and leasing processes.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about market trends property values and neighborhood developments to offer expert advice to clients.
- Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions ensuring compliance with laws regulations and company standards.
- Negotiation: Facilitate and negotiate contracts to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other agents administrative staff and management to support the overall success of the agency.
- Marketing & Networking: Represent the company through networking referrals and marketing activities to generate leads and expand your client base.
- Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends laws and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Active Real Estate Broker License.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent.
- Strong understanding of local real estate markets and trends.
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High ethical standards and commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Proficient in real estate software and tools (MLS CRM etc.).
- Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or related field.
- Prior experience managing a real estate team or office.
- Advanced certifications in real estate (e.g. ABR CRS GRI).
