Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to establish our product as a market leader.

Sales Management:
Set and surpass sales targets revenue goals and market share objectives.
Lead mentor and build a highperforming sales team.

Marketing Leadership:

Customer Relationship Management:

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Engineering or a related field. Master s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience 10 years in sales and marketing ideally in industries related to construction building materials or engineered products.
Proven ability to exceed sales targets and execute successful marketing strategies.
Experience in managing diverse teams and promoting crossdepartmental collaboration.
Technical Skills:
