Exciting Opportunity for a Business Analyst in Ajman UAE!
Were hiring a Business Analyst to join our team for an exciting project focusing on a Retail Loan Origination System (LOS). If you have a passion for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions this role could be a great fit for you!
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in business analysis for largescale tech projects ideally in retail banking or lending.
- Familiarity with Retail Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or similar platforms.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering functional specifications and process mapping.
- Experience in Agile environments including writing user stories and collaborating in sprints.
- Excellent communication skills to connect business and technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset to identify process gaps and propose effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Gather and document comprehensive business requirements for the LOS.
- Develop clear and actionable specifications to guide the technical team.
- Analyze loan origination processes to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Support Agile methodology with detailed user stories backlog management and sprint planning.
- Coordinate testing and validate that the LOS meets business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or related field.
- Solid experience in banking financial services or loan origination.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
- Certifications like CBAP or CSPO are a plus!
