- Journal Entries: Making journal entries for various financial transactions, including adjustments, accruals, and reclassifications.

Financial Statement Preparation
- Balance Sheet: Preparing balance sheets to provide an overview of the company’s assets, liabilities, and equity at a specific point in time.
- Income Statement: Creating income statements (also known as profit and loss statements) that show the company’s revenue, expenses, and net income over a period.
- Cash Flow Statement: Producing cash flow statements that show the company’s inflows and outflows of cash during a specific period, helping assess liquidity and financial health.

Tax Preparation and Filing
- Tax Compliance: Preparing and filing tax returns for individuals, businesses, or other organizations, ensuring that all tax obligations are met accurately and on time.
- Tax Planning: Advising on tax-saving strategies, deductions, and credits to minimize the tax burden for the company or individual.
- Audit Preparation: Assisting with internal and external audits by preparing the necessary documentation and addressing any issues raised by auditors.

Cost and Budget Management
- Cost Control: Analyzing and managing costs to ensure the organization operates efficiently and within budget.
- Budget Preparation: Developing and managing annual budgets, comparing actual performance to budgeted figures, and explaining any variances.
- Forecasting: Preparing financial forecasts to help the company plan for future financial performance and make strategic decisions.

Internal Controls and Compliance
- Internal Audit: Reviewing the financial processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Financial Policies: Developing, implementing, and enforcing internal financial controls to prevent fraud and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Regulatory Reporting: Ensuring that the organization complies with financial reporting requirements and regulations specific to the industry or jurisdiction.

Management Reporting
- Monthly and Quarterly Reports: Generating financial reports and analysis for senior management, helping to guide decision-making and monitor business performance.
- Variance Analysis: Analyzing deviations between forecasted and actual financial performance, investigating the causes of variances, and recommending corrective actions.
- Performance Metrics: Tracking key financial performance metrics, such as profitability, return on investment (ROI), and cost efficiency.
Desired candidate profile

Reconcile accounts and coordinate with suppliers, customers and finance team to finalize payments and receivables.
Monitor receivables and payments, follow up to get payments and get confirmation of balances monthly.
Follow up with suppliers and customers for payments.
Manage general ledger
Reconcile bank interest and SCF on monthly basis
Accounting for representative office transactions
Handle all internal and external audit requirements related to the department office.
Manage invoices/receipts documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
Relevant industry experience
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
