Job Description

What we want:
Vertoz is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Manager to drive our expansion in the UAE market. This dynamic role will focus on both Publisher development and Ad sales and will play a pivotal part in strengthening our presence in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of digital advertising publisher partnerships and sales strategies to create and execute growth initiatives that will foster revenue generation build robust client relationships and drive longterm growth.

What youll do:
1. Publisher Development
Identify & Onboard Publishers: Scout and recruit highquality publishers to expand Vertoz s ad network in the UAE and Middle East region. Ensure publishers align with Vertoz s brand values and ad quality standards.
Maintain Publisher Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with publishing partners to ensure ongoing support and mutually beneficial arrangements. Act as the main point of contact for inquiries problemsolving and performance discussions.
Optimize Monetization: Develop strategies and collaborate with publishers to optimize ad placements formats and revenue yields to enhance monetization for both Vertoz and its partners.
Market Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends emerging publishers and new partnership opportunities.

2. Ad Sales
Business Development: Identify prospect and engage new clients for Vertoz s digital ad services in the UAE. Focus on brands agencies and direct advertisers in key verticals to generate ad sales.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships to understand their advertising needs provide solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Vertoz s growth objectives in the UAE. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including product marketing and account management to deliver optimal ad solutions for clients and publishers.

3. Strategic Growth Initiatives
Market Penetration: Utilize market intelligence and networking to identify new business opportunities emerging industries and potential partners in the UAE.
Brand Building: Act as a Vertoz brand ambassador participating in relevant industry events conferences and forums to enhance visibility and establish Vertoz as a trusted digital advertising partner.
Reporting & Insights: Track analyze and report on sales and publisher growth metrics to monitor performance and support datadriven decisionmaking. Utilize insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Feedback & Innovation: Gather feedback from clients and publishers to drive innovation and improve Vertoz s ad products and services to better meet market needs.



Requirements

Experience: 5 years of experience in digital advertising with a strong focus on both publisher development and ad sales. Experience in the UAE/Middle East market is a must.
Proven track record of success in client acquisition business growth and revenue generation.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape including programmatic advertising RTB and performance marketing.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience in advertising/media is a plus.
Travel: Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally to other Middle Eastern countries as needed.
