Commercial Manager is single point of contact for all PwC Global Services related matters. ,Manage PwC Global Services related communication with service managers and business stakeholders
Main Responsibilities
- Single point of contact for all PwC Global Services related matters. ,Manage PwC Global Services related communication with service managers and business stakeholders
- Engage with service managers and business stakeholders to understand adoption, issues and work with Global team on resolution
- Liaise with global teams to understand costing and usage metrics and to understand value dervied
- Usage and cost management : Work with operation team to remove unused licenses prior to billing cut off
- Reporting : supporting in leadership reporting, usage reports for service manager
- Annual planning cycles : Manage BSS communications with business Opt In confirmations and other year end process
