Roles and responsibilities

As a Highway Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and optimization of highway and road systems. The Highways team includes a portfolio of high-profile projects that include international, national, and regional clients, contractors and various Local Authorities. It provides comprehensive consultancy and engineering services to the highways sector, covering the full spectrum of highway infrastructure requirements, from business case and project development, preliminary appraisal, and feasibility studies through to detailed design, implementation, operational management advice and operations and maintenance.

You will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and implementation of highway-related projects alongside collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You will be empowered to contribute to the design development process, including concept development, detailed design, and engineering calculations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, electrical engineers, and construction teams.

• You will be U.A.E National that holds an accredited Bachelor’s Civil Engineering degree from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated experience in highway and roadway design, including familiarity with relevant design software.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles and best practices.
• You are creative, self-motivated, and work well in dynamic, yet changing environment
