Project controls delivery trends, including supporting the project control staff with respect to safety and work life balance, overseeing the consultants/contractors planning and scheduling of the assignment projects including the consultants/contractors planning and scheduling of the staffs plans and manpower histograms and project progress and maintaining up to date knowledge of planning software and techniques and ensuring the PMs, CMs and stakeholders are aware of the potential threats on the schedule and review of the EPC Contractor schedules and preparing internal and client weekly and monthly project status reports.
