Please Ensure That The Candidates Meet The Following Requirements
Bike Handling Skills: Proficiency in controlling the bike, including maneuvering, turning, and braking effectively.
Safety Awareness: Understanding and adhering to traffic laws, using proper hand signals, and being aware of surroundings to ensure personal and others' safety.
Fitness Level: Good physical fitness to handle various terrains and distances, especially for longer rides or competitive cycling.
Maintenance Knowledge: Basic knowledge of bike maintenance, including fixing flat tires, adjusting brakes, and performing regular checks on the bike’s components.
Navigation Skills: Ability to read maps or use navigation apps to find routes, especially in unfamiliar areas.
Weather Awareness: Understanding how different weather conditions can affect riding and knowing how to dress appropriately for comfort and safety.
Endurance: Building stamina for longer rides, particularly for road cyclists or mountain bikers.
Teamwork: For competitive riders, the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting during group rides or races.
Respect for Others: Courteous behavior towards other cyclists, pedestrians, and drivers, promoting a positive cycling culture.
Mental Focus: Staying alert and focused during rides to anticipate and react to potential hazards or changes in terrain.
