Job Description
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY / BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES
Thoroughly analyze project drawings and specifications to develop accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
Prepare comprehensive cost estimates using industrystandard software and tools.
Collaborate with subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for various project components.
Conduct site visits to gather essential information for accurate estimation.
Maintain a cost database for efficient analysis and reporting.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in a related field (Civil/Architectural Engineering)
Proven track record of successfully completing major projects with reputable clients
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in joinery/fit out in a wellestablished organization
At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position in the UAE
