Develop and implement the overall strategy for marketplace channels(Noon Talabat CareemInstashop Deliveroo etc) to achieve sales targets.
Identify new opportunities to increase brand presence and maximize revenue on marketplace platforms.
Monitor marketplace trends competitor activities and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to improve sales performance ROAS and customer engagement.
Monitor KPIs including sales performance customer ratings and product visibility to ensure targets are met.
Report on channel performance to executive leadership providing insights and actionable recommendations.
Oversee the listing content optimization and pricing strategies for all products on various marketplaces.
Partner with supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stockouts.
Manage product launches in line with seasonal and promotional peaks.
Cultivate strong relationships with marketplace partners and representatives to maximize visibility and promotional opportunities.
Negotiate terms fees and promotional placements with marketplace vendors.
Lead a team of marketplace executives providing mentorship performance feedback and development opportunities.
Promote a positive team environment that encourages accountability innovation and high performance.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency with marketplace platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in datadriven decisionmaking.
Familiarity with ecommerce tools.
Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
Leadership experience with a proven track record of managing highperforming teams.
