You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Site Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our readymix concrete production at various job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery used for readymix concrete production.
Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or technical issues that may arise during production.
Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely delivery of concrete to job sites.
Conduct tests and analyze data to ensure the quality of the concrete meets industry standards.
Train and supervise junior technicians and other production staff.
Maintain accurate records of production data equipment maintenance and testing results.
Communicate with clients and address any concerns or issues related to the production process.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent technical certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in readymix concrete production.
Strong knowledge of concrete production processes and equipment.
Experience with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced physically demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
