Job Description
Black & Grey HR is hiring an IT Specialist for a diversified group of companies known for delivering worldclass technological products and services across multiple industries. The IT Specialist will manage the company s technology infrastructure ensuring that all systems run efficiently securely and without interruptions. This role involves maintaining hardware and software troubleshooting network and system issues supporting endusers and implementing best practices for data security and system management.
Install configure and update software and hardware as needed to ensure systems are uptodate.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity or performance issues.
Ensure data security through regular updates firewalls antivirus measures and data backups.
Provide technical support and training for endusers addressing hardware or software issues.
Oversee system backups data recovery processes and disaster recovery planning.
Document IT processes and procedures and maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software assets.
Collaborate with external vendors for support and procurement as needed.
Stay informed on the latest technology trends tools and security standards.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Administrator System Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of network management Windows/Linux systems and cybersecurity practices.
Proficiency in troubleshooting diagnosing and resolving IT issues.
Familiarity with cloud solutions (e.g. AWS Azure) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to support nontechnical users.
