Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work directly with the Client to deliver the Projects within the Time, Price and Quality. Candidates for these Projects should demonstrate some Projects (Civil, Utilities, and Landscape, etc) experience of Projects up to $200m in a PMC Delivery capacity. Candidates for these Projects should demonstrate experience in a PMC capacity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing and managing assigned component projects; including development of the scope of works, preparation of the project plans establishment and monitoring of the project program, integration of requirements across all functions, monitoring the execution, budget invoices, project delivery, co-ordination with all stakeholders.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor of Engineering with minimum of 15 years of experience
- Proactive personality to resolve Design & Construction issues to support in the delivery of the Project
- Liaison with Authorities, Entities and Stakeholders
- Fluent in English and preferable Arabic
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to address technical and logistical challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Decision Making: Ability to make informed decisions quickly, balancing project needs with safety and regulatory requirements.

- Civil Engineering Expertise: Strong background in civil engineering principles, particularly in airfield design and construction (runways, taxiways, aprons).

- Site Development: Knowledge of site development processes, including grading, drainage, and utility management.
