- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to drive growth and revenue for technical solutions across multiple verticals (e.g., municipal, industrial, commercial).
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across various verticals (municipalities, industrial sectors, etc.).
- Act as the primary point of contact, providing tailored technical solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the company's technical solutions, including product features, benefits, and potential customisation's.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, technical demonstrations, and training to prospective clients.
- Translate technical features into business benefits, ensuring that solutions align with client goals and operational requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product development, marketing, technical support) to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Provide feedback from the market to guide product improvements and innovations.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of engineering concepts related to water treatment, environmental technologies, or other relevant sectors.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling technical solutions, products, or services.
- Experience in managing sales across multiple verticals (e.g., municipalities, industrial sectors, commercial clients) and channels (direct and indirect).
- Prior experience in the water treatment, environmental technology, or infrastructure sectors is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful regional sales strategies, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Expertise in solution selling, with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions and translate them into business benefits for various clients.
