What you will be doing:
Onboarding Coordination: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring all steps are completed smoothly.
Documentation Management: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, and compliance paperwork.
Training and Support: Provide training and resources to partners to help them understand processes, tools, and systems they will use.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners during the onboarding phase, addressing questions and concerns.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with partners and internal teams.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple onboarding projects and timelines simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all onboarding documentation and processes are accurate and complete.
Customer Service Orientation: A focus on providing excellent service to partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues during the onboarding process and implement solutions effectively.
Project Management: Skills in managing onboarding projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with onboarding software and tools, as well as data entry and management.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and compliance departments.
