Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Management: Develop and maintain project timelines for campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments to collect necessary documents, content, and approvals.
  • Task Tracking: Use tools like Asana to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Communication: Provide clear project briefs, including timelines and deliverables.
  • Reporting: Regularly update senior management on project status.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate potential issues and proactively develop solutions.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within marketing, advertising, or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in productivity tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering results on time and within budget.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all marketing materials meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor project budgets, ensuring that expenditures align with approved costs.
  • Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-mortem analyses to assess project outcomes and gather lessons learned for future initiatives.

  1. Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).

  2. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
