The role involves developing strategies that drive lead generation, promote property listings, and enhance brand visibility
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for real estate projects.
• Create engaging ad copy and collaborate with designers to develop appealing creatives for property listings.
• Conduct audience research and segmentation to maximize lead generation and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and make data-driven optimizations.
• Manage ad budgets and bids to ensure cost-effectiveness while meeting campaign goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align digital advertising efforts with sales strategies.
• Build and optimize custom and lookalike audiences for targeted campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to leverage new advertising opportunities.
• Generate performance reports and provide insights to management on campaign success and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience IN REAL ESTATE IS A MUST.
• 2+ years of experience in managing Instagram and Facebook ad campaigns, with a focus on real estate.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and Business Manager tools.
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends, audience targeting, and lead generation strategies.
• Experience in managing large ad budgets and optimizing for ROI.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of remarketing and retargeting strategies.
Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their advertising tools.
Campaign Strategy: Ability to develop and execute effective paid social strategies that align with business goals.
Targeting and Segmentation: Expertise in audience targeting and segmentation to reach the right demographics effectively.
Analytics and Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI, and translating data into actionable insights.
A/B Testing: Skills in conducting A/B tests to optimize ad creative, copy, and targeting strategies.
Content Creation: Understanding of best practices for creating engaging ad content that resonates with the target audience.
Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI.
Ad Policy Knowledge: Familiarity with social media advertising policies and compliance requirements.
Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists.
Trend Awareness: Keeping up with industry trends, platform updates, and changes in consumer behavior.
