You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Driver you are responsible for all standards and procedures connected with the hotel’s Food & Beverage vehicles. You must project an image of professionalism and follow strict rules and regulations while driving / handling the hotel vehicles. In addition, you have to assist F&B service team in setting up the venue and in preparing the mise en place for the operation as may be assigned to ensure the highest level of personalized attention and standards of service. Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should ideally have a vocational training in the hospitality field with previous experiences in the Restaurant / Catering / Transportation field. You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English and need to be a holder of a valid local Driving License and be well versed with the country traffic laws.

The ideal candidate will be a well presented, an outgoing and friendly attitude. You are an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ person with a hands-on and flexible approach and be able to adapt to unpredictable events. You are reliable and will thrive working in a busy environment & stay calm under pressure, and should possess following competencies-

Safe Driving Skills: Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices to ensure the safe delivery of goods.
Time Management: Ability to plan routes efficiently and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely service.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and address any questions or concerns.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety standards and handling procedures to ensure the integrity of the food and beverages being delivered.
Vehicle Maintenance: Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform routine checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle unexpected situations, such as traffic delays or changes in delivery schedules, effectively.
Record Keeping: Skills in maintaining accurate delivery logs, tracking inventory, and handling cash or payment processing when necessary.
Physical Stamina: Capability to lift and carry heavy items, as well as load and unload deliveries.
Communication Skills: Clear communication with team members and customers regarding delivery details and any potential issues.
Adaptability: Flexibility to handle varying delivery demands and schedules, including peak times or special events.
