Supervision Received
Works under supervision and self-initiated technical guidance with regular weekly to monthly interaction with supervisor. Work is not generally supervised in detail and amount of supervision varies depending upon the assignment. Broad duties assigned monthly. Work is occasionally reviewed for accuracy. Usually technical guidance is available to review work programs and advise on unusual features of assignment.
Supervision Authority
May assign activities and give technical guidance to a few staff for a common project.

Typical Qualifications
University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Typically decent years of relevant experience.
Contract Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge of contract principles, terms, and conditions, including the ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
Procurement Knowledge: Understanding of procurement processes and best practices, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, and cost analysis.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms and pricing while maintaining positive supplier relationships.
Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with contract law and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reviewing contract documents and ensuring all terms and conditions are properly executed.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze procurement data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize contract performance.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple contracts and procurement projects efficiently.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to identify issues in the procurement process or contract performance and develop effective solutions.
Collaboration Skills: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and address contract-related concerns.
