Guest Service & Satisfaction
- Assist in greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide personalized service taking guest orders accurately and delivering food and beverages promptly.
- Address guest requests and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues under the supervision of senior colleagues.
Support in Food & Beverage Operations
- Assist in setting up dining areas including table settings buffet arrangements and event layouts.
- Help in replenishing food and beverage supplies during service periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations dining areas and backofhouse spaces.
- Support the service team in preparing and delivering food and beverages.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the service kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members to meet guest needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support senior colleagues in executing special events banquets and private dining experiences.
Food & Beverage Knowledge
- Learn and understand the menu including ingredients preparation methods and presentation standards.
- Provide guests with informed recommendations on food and beverages including wine pairings and specialty cocktails.
- Stay updated on special promotions seasonal items and dietary accommodations.
Adherence to Health & Safety Standards
- Follow hotel safety guidelines including food handling hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Assist in maintaining a clean organized and safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Report any safety or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining food and beverage inventory levels.
- Support the team in placing orders receiving deliveries and stocking supplies as needed.
Learning & Development
- Actively participate in training sessions shadowing senior team members to gain deeper insights into operations.
- Stay open to feedback and continuously strive to improve your service and operational skills.
Upselling & Revenue Contribution
- Learn and apply upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue such as promoting premium items or special offers.

Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English (Additional foreign language would be an advantage) with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Previous experience in customer service preferably in a food and beverage setting is a plus.
- Understanding of basic food handling service standards and hospitality etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of luxury hotel standards and operations.
