Job Description
We are hiring for our clients upscale Asian fine dining restaurant renowned for providing a luxurious culinary experience that combines tradition with modern flair. We are seeking a passionate and customeroriented Vietnamesespeaking Waitress to join our clients elite team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service maintaining the high standards of fine dining.
- Provide detailed knowledge of the menu including ingredients and preparation methods and assist guests with food and beverage selections.
- Ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests from welcoming them to their table to processing their payments.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other wait staff to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Handle guest inquiries in Vietnamese and English ensuring a culturally immersive experience for Vietnamesespeaking guests.
- Uphold the restaurants reputation by delivering a warm polished and attentive service.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written).
- Prior experience in a highend or fine dining restaurant is a must.
- A strong understanding of Asian cuisine and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with an eye for detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Presentable and professional appearance with a warm and hospitable demeanor.
