What You ll Do:
- Provide technical support both onsite and remotely via phone or email solving hardware and software issues.
- Own and proactively manage user problems from start to resolution.
- Log all issues in our call management system and ensure detailed documentation.
- Train and assist users on the use of their IT equipment providing troubleshooting support when needed.
- Maintain an organized IT Asset Register and ensure smooth implementation of IT equipment.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 Windows operating systems and network printers.
- Handle remote desktop connectivity tools mobile device setups and basic video conferencing systems.
- Work in close collaboration with the client s IT team to ensure all systems are running efficiently.
- Provide handson support for network and data center equipment as needed.
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in deskside or onsite IT support roles.
- Handson expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with workstations desktops laptops and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7 & 10) and Office troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts printers and audio/video equipment.
- Familiarity with Active Directory for creating and managing user accounts.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Customerfirst mindset and a proactive attitude.
- Availability to join in 23 weeks due to the urgency of the role.
