Focusing on predictable project delivery against key internal and external metrics of cost, schedule and quality you will steer your project team to develop the technoeconomic solution that guides your client to successfully achieve the next stage in their decision gate process.
You will interface with a multi-disciplinary team of highly capable Subject Matter Experts and Consultants to deliver best in class solutions that will ensure high customer satisfaction. This will lead to opportunities for further advancement of your career in multiple directions. Through this you will support your own personal growth and that of our Consulting business as we deliver global solutions for the Energy Transition.

The Key Objectives For This Role Are
Project Management: Strong skills in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring they meet objectives within set timelines and budgets.
Research Design: Ability to design and develop study protocols, including defining objectives, methodologies, and data collection strategies.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing research data and interpreting results to inform decision-making.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g., GxP, ICH) to ensure compliance throughout the study.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
Team Leadership: Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Risk Management: Skills in identifying potential risks to study execution and implementing mitigation strategies.
Budgeting: Ability to prepare and manage study budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring that study processes and outcomes meet quality standards and best practices.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address challenges that arise during study execution.
