Taking Orders: Greet guests, present menus, and take food and drink orders accurately.
Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks to tables, ensuring that orders are correct and presented well.
Customer Service: Attend to guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
Table Maintenance: Keep tables clean and tidy, clearing away used dishes and utensils promptly.
Communication: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Handling Payments: Present bills to guests, process payments, and ensure accurate change is given.
Upselling: Promote menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Adhering to Standards: Follow health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation practices.
Managing Reservations: Assist with managing reservations and seating arrangements during busy periods.
Providing Feedback: Gather feedback from guests regarding their experience and report any issues to management.
