About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Operational Support: Assisting the manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the telecommunications department, ensuring all systems are functioning smoothly.
Team Management: Supervising and training staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
System Maintenance: Monitoring telecommunications systems, identifying issues, and coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
Project Coordination: Assisting in the planning and execution of telecommunications projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Customer Support: Addressing customer inquiries and issues related to telecommunications services, providing solutions and support.
Vendor Management: Collaborating with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure the best service and pricing.
Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports on telecommunications performance, usage, and costs to help inform strategic decisions.
Budget Management: Assisting in budget planning and monitoring expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
Compliance and Standards: Ensuring that all telecommunications activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, as well as internal policies.
Technology Evaluation: Staying informed about new telecommunications technologies and trends, recommending upgrades or changes as necessary.
