The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards.
Operational Oversight: Managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and safety.
Customer Service: Ensuring exceptional guest experiences by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and maintaining high service standards.
Financial Management: Monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue through effective sales strategies.
Menu Development: Collaborating with chefs or product teams to develop and update the menu, ensuring it aligns with guest preferences and market trends.
Sales and Marketing: Implementing promotional strategies and marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase sales.
Quality Control: Maintaining high standards of food and service quality, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Reporting: Analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to make informed decisions and improve performance.
Collaboration: Working with other departments (e.g., kitchen, marketing, finance) to ensure cohesive operations and effective communication.
Crisis Management: Addressing any operational challenges or emergencies that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
