The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Staff Supervision: Assisting in managing and training staff, ensuring they provide high-quality service and adhere to company standards.
Operational Support: Helping to manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness.
Customer Service: Addressing guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Sales and Promotions: Assisting in implementing promotional strategies and monitoring sales performance.
Financial Management: Supporting budget management, including monitoring expenses, processing payments, and handling cash.
Quality Control: Ensuring that products and services meet quality standards and that health and safety regulations are followed.
Reporting: Assisting in preparing reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for the Outlet Manager.
Collaboration: Working closely with the Outlet Manager and other departments to coordinate services and improve operations.
Problem-Solving: Addressing operational challenges and contributing to solutions in a fast-paced environment.
