Job Description

Event Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Plan organize and execute events conferences and meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics venues catering and supplies.
  • Develop event budgets and timelines.
  • Communicate with vendors speakers and attendees.
  • Manage event registration and ticket sales.
  • Create event marketing materials and promotional plans.
  • Oversee event setup execution and breakdown.
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and security regulations.
  • Evaluate event success and provide postevent reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve event goals.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Events or related field.
  • 2 years of event planning experience.
  • Excellent organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with event management software.
