Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand clients' needs and goals.
  • Design personalized workout programs tailored to individual fitness levels.
  • Submit your business plans monthly
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets (PTC and PTS).
  • Lead engaging and effective one-on-one or group training sessions.
  • Contribute to the overall community atmosphere.
  • Align wellness philosophy and brand standards.

ABOUT THE FUNCTION

This role plays a crucial role in shaping individuals' lives through a holistic approach to health and well-being. You will conduct comprehensive client assessments to extract valuable insights that inform meticulously tailored fitness plans. As a source of inspiration, you will lead individuals and groups through invigorating sessions, serving not just as a fitness instructor but as a mentor and motivator.   • Foster open communication, responding promptly to client inquiries.
  • Prioritize safety during training sessions, ensuring proper form.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
  • Implement strategies for client retention and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new knowledge.
  • Create a positive and empowering fitness environment.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development.
  • Contribute to the overall community atmosphere.
  • Cultivate a sense of belonging and support within the fitness community.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certified fitness professional from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred).
  • REPs certification
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Previous experience in personal training or a related fitness field.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness program design.
  • Cardiovascular Endurance:

    • The ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen to the muscles during prolonged physical activity.
    • Activities include running, cycling, swimming, and aerobic exercises.
  • Muscular Strength:

    • The amount of force a muscle or group of muscles can exert against resistance.
    • Strength training exercises, such as weightlifting and bodyweight workouts, are essential for building muscle strength.
  • Muscular Endurance:

    • The ability of muscles to perform repeated contractions over time without fatigue.
    • Activities can include circuit training and higher-rep strength workouts.
  • Flexibility:

    • The range of motion in joints and muscles, which can improve overall performance and reduce the risk of injury.
    • Stretching, yoga, and Pilates are effective for enhancing flexibility.
