This function is to ensure exceptional Guest experience in a highly empowered environment. Represent our brand, throughout the Guest journey, to deliver a flawless dining experience. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our products, by delighting them from welcome until farewell. The function is to maintain the established standards of cleanliness in rooms and public areas according to standards set by the hotel and ensure orderliness and attractive condition of rooms, floors, lift landings, corridors and pantries.
- Plan all Housekeeping operational activities while living up to service standards and procedures.
- Execution of new projects of projects on time
- Ensure efficiencies in the execution of the projects
- Ensure quality in the execution of the projects
- Identify cost efficiencies in the operations
- Ensure seamless communication with fellow Ambassadors, to enhance service standards.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily laundry operations, including scheduling, workflow, and staff assignments to ensure timely service.
- Quality Control: Monitor the cleaning processes to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation for all laundered items.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise laundry staff, providing ongoing training and performance evaluations.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage laundry supplies, including detergents, chemicals, and linens, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all laundry equipment is maintained and serviced regularly to prevent downtime.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, implementing best practices in the laundry operation.
- Budget Management: Assist in budgeting and cost control for laundry operations, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
