You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe job holder will be responsible for executing ad min efforts in-order support the marketing teams ongoing activity. This includes a focus on procurement, budget and finance related activity.
Key Accountabilities – Senior Executive - Marketing:
• Provide basic data entry and reporting for marketing activities and support data-driven decision making.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement and comments and identify opportunities and address customer concerns.
• Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns ensuring smooth campaign execution and efficiency.
• Prepare basic reports on budget spend on a weekly / monthly basis to ensure spend is accounted for accurately.
• Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KP ls) to monitor campaign progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices and enhance knowledge and skills.
• Assist in managing marketing assets and resources ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Support the team in various ad-hoc tasks as needed. To contribute to team success and overall goals.
• Operational involvement in events, production and activations where planning and ground support is required with the team
• Create strong relations between key stakeholders: procurement, finance, suppliers, organisers, various verticals for a more efficient process and wider support function to the team.
• Responsible for ensuring all procurement related activity for the marketing team is managed properly, on time and accurate to avoid any delays in departmental deliveries
Qualifications, Experiences, Skills:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
Market Analysis: Proficiency in conducting market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
Brand Management: Experience in managing and enhancing brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Campaign Management: Skills in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to assess performance and inform future strategies.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to manage and mentor marketing teams, fostering collaboration and creativity.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
Budget Management: Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences, with the ability to tailor marketing efforts to target specific audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skills in working collaboratively with other departments (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
