- Checks incoming and outgoing shipments item by item and quantity by quantity
- Confirms accuracy of packing slips shipping Invoices vouchers and back order
- Reporting about parts and materials damaged in shipment to Branch In charge
- Manage the warehouse to keep be in good condition clean and well arranged.
- Create location for the new items and keep all the parts in proper location
- Check the branches order (move order) and arrange to send with necessary
- system updating.
- Maintains files of Invoices Vouchers shipping orders and packing slips
- Conduct physical checking to keep stock status accurate.
- Cooperating with sales staff to support them achieve the target.
- Segregating the received items as stock or customer order for smooth supply
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma holders
- Must be computer literate
- Good Communication skills in English and Arabic
- Should manage all aspects of store operations and must control & improve the efficiency
- UAE Driving License holders preferred
- Willing to assigned in different branches
