Job Description
- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
- Conduct checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers order items as needed and generate inventory reports for superiors.
- Ensure that the outlets meets all sanitation and safety regulations.
- Managing restaurant work schedules.
- Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant.
- Monitoring the restaurants cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
- Resolving guests complaints.
Qualifications :
- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage.
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
- Proficient in Opera POS system
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
