How does your working day look like
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espresso cappuccino latte and specialty drinks in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests taking orders accurately and making personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Operate espresso machines grinders and other coffee equipment with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station including the brewing area equipment and service areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and replenish coffee supplies including coffee beans milk syrups and other ingredients to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate food and beverage orders and deliver a seamless dining experience to guests.
- Uphold company policies and procedures including cash handling inventory management and sanitation standards.
- Stay informed about coffee trends brewing techniques and product knowledge to enhance the guest experience and contribute to menu development.
- Assist with special events promotions and other hotel activities as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude work cooperatively with colleagues and contribute to a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications :

- Previous experience as a barista in a hotel restaurant caf or similar setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact courteously with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques beverage recipes and quality standards.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work mornings evenings weekends and holidays as required.
- Food handlers certification or willingness to obtain one.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or food service is a plus.
