Ensure highest level of sanitation and hygiene standards in the hotel.
Responsible for achieving organizational standards in hygiene cleanliness and safety in all F&B areas and for all F&B equipment as per HACCP standards.
Train and raise awareness relating to food safety and good hygiene practice to all Heartists.
Establish and implement all Food Hygiene policies and procedures in all the Restaurants Kitchen Store and Dishwashing area.
They play a vital role in safeguarding public health by preventing the spread of infections and diseases through effective hygiene management.
Coordinates all sanitation and hygiene related meetings & activities of the hotel.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree or Diploma in food science microbiology or a related field is often required.
Level 3 HACCP Certificate is required.
Strong understanding of hygiene principles food safety regulations sanitation practices and infection control procedures.
Previous experience in a relevant field such as food service or hospitality.
Excellent communication skills attention to detail problemsolving abilities and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are important qualities for a Hygiene Officer.
Familiarity with local national and international hygiene and sanitation regulations relevant to hospitality industry.
The ability to adapt to changing regulations industry standards and emerging hygiene challenges is essential for success in this role.
