Roles & Responsibilities
Support the Sales team in the following activities:
–Source and connect with potential buyers (both push and pull sourcing)
–Actively search for clients and leads- Update CRM on a daily basis with all the leads and Listings
–Conduct site visits and prepare presentations
–Issue sales proposals to potential tenants
to ensure client satisfaction for assigned properties.

Qualifications And Experience
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of: 5+ years in residential real estate sales with a track record of sales
of 100million AED per annum.

QUALIFICATION
Diploma degree in business administration/management, or equivalent is
required. Bachelor's degree is an added value.

Sales Strategy Development: Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and maximize revenue.
Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Performance Monitoring: Setting sales goals, tracking team performance, and providing regular reports to upper management.
Sales Forecasting: Developing accurate sales forecasts and budgets to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align efforts and improve customer experiences.
Lead Generation: Overseeing lead generation efforts and identifying potential new markets and customer segments.
Negotiation: Leading negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals effectively.
Training and Development: Organizing training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
