Roles and responsibilities
Business Process Development & Excellence:
- Lead the design, mapping, and optimization of key business processes to align with transformation initiatives.
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive cross-functional efforts to streamline and standardize operations across departments.
- Collaborate with business leaders to establish measurable process improvement goals and monitor progress toward achieving them.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Development of Policies, Procedures, and Governance:
- Oversee the creation and refinement of organizational policies and procedures to support transformation efforts.
- Ensure governance structures in relation to process maps/ process reengineering are in place to oversee change initiatives, providing clear accountability, and RACI matrix.
- Work closely with legal, compliance, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure all processes adhere to regulatory and industry standards.
Quality Management Systems:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve a robust Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure delivery excellence.
- Ensure that all transformation initiatives meet quality benchmarks and are aligned with the organization’s long-term objectives.
- Regularly review the QMS to ensure it adapts to changing business needs and external conditions.
Embedding Delivery Excellence into Transformation Initiatives:
- Create delivery excellence into every phase of transformation projects, from planning to execution and beyond.
- Build and foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Establish a system for tracking and reporting on the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, ensuring they deliver tangible value.
- Lead capability-building initiatives across the organization to equip teams with the skills needed for consistent delivery excellence.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and proactively address challenges.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a transformation champion, influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and commitment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams responsible for transformation excellence, promoting a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to ensure alignment of transformation efforts with organizational strategy.
- Drive a customer-centric approach by ensuring that all process improvements and transformations ultimately enhance the customer experience.
Qualification And Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:
- Min of 14+ years of experience in Excellence, Process Development, Auditing domain or a similar function.
Desired candidate profile
Min of 6+ years in a managerial position.
Field Of Experience
Real estate experience is highly desirable. Publicly listed business.
Technical And Interpersonal Skills
- Expertise in business process management (BPM), Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of developing and implementing organizational policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches) with a focus on embedding excellence into delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable solutions.
