Cybersecurity Strategy: Developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership: Leading and managing the cybersecurity team, including incident response, threat intelligence, and security operations.
Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks to protect the organization’s assets and data.
Incident Response: Overseeing the incident response plan, ensuring quick and effective responses to security breaches and threats.
Security Architecture: Designing and implementing security architectures that protect the organization’s networks, systems, and data.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) related to cybersecurity.
Threat Intelligence: Staying updated on emerging threats and vulnerabilities, and adapting strategies accordingly.
Budget Management: Managing the cybersecurity budget and resource allocation to ensure effective security measures are in place.
Training and Awareness: Developing and conducting training programs to enhance cybersecurity awareness among employees.
Collaboration: Working with other departments and stakeholders to integrate cybersecurity practices into business processes.
