As a Sales Manager Long Stay you will be responsible to provide professional and friendly service to all patrons. To assist the Sales Team in the achieving of targets and generating sales for the property.

What you will be doing:
- To effectively manage own account portfolio. To take part in all salesrelated activities and to effectively sell all aspects of the hotel.
- Handle the issues regarding to accounts/potential accounts mainly relating to Corporate and long stay accounts.
- Develop new and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution go action plans.
- Develop and maintain contact with local business generators meeting and convention planners Visitors/Convention Bureau travel agents tour operators airlines corporate accounts and other procedures closely.
- Deal effectively with guests and workplace colleagues from a variety of cultures
- To perform any other duties as required by the Management
- Assist with any other sales and events support projects & duties as requested
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 3 year experience in the Sales department is preferred
- Business degree or any relevant qualification would be advantageous
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
