Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up selling opportunities at any times
Closely monitor revenue and business from travel trade market .
Manage hotel sales and marketing plans to ensure they accurately interpret and support the objectives of the business and use these plans to focus the sales efforts for all market segments
Meet sales revenue targets on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis
Participates in road shows and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizations.
Generate and maintain major accounts and assign segments through various sales activities and set sales objectives action plans and monthly quarterly and annual targets
Negotiates new contracts and renewal in accordance with current business and price conditions to meet sales targets.
Set up and maintain good working relationships with all other areas of the hotel operations.
Followup with clients before during and after the function/ event/ stay to ensure repeat business.
Research and present lost business reports at the weekly Sales Meetings.
Qualifications :
UAE work experience as Sales Manager Leisure in a 45 star hotel.
Strong negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close and finalize contracts.
